About

Before I began my counselling practice, I spent years doing my own personal work, in the role as a client. I had felt a lack of meaning and purpose in my life. It wasn't until I sought help in unpacking and processing past traumas, where my life began to open up. As in, my perspective and relationship to myself and others opened up. In saying that, my work is not to give anyone false hope of a complete solution to their issues. The work will still be ones own responsibility. My role is to help assist you along the journey of healing old traumas, and helping to face, learn and grow from your present day challenges and experiences.

I specialize in helping folks integrate their mental, somatic and existential experiences. Often times it's the emotions and old beliefs that come with each event in our lives that may be difficult to cope with, rather than the event itself.

"A house without a window is hell; to make a window is the essence of true love."
